Starseed Fuelbag

More range. Less interruption.

Range you carry without feeling it. A soft, front-mounted fuel system that adds hours of flight time and disappears into the machine. The only thing you notice is that the day lasts longer.

Meet Starseed Fuelbag

One bag. Three jobs. The Starseed Fuelbag adds range for long cross-country (XC) days, transfers fuel to the main tank in flight, or replaces a rigid tank entirely with a lighter, better-balanced solution.

A replaceable soft bladder sits inside the Starseed Front Container and carries up to 9.5 litres. When needed, fuel is transferred to the main tank while you keep flying. Developed first for Starseed pilots, the system can also be connected to third-party tanks with at least one available threaded insert for a fuel-line connection.

Premium quality

Soft by design. Built for hard use.

Soft fuel bladders and front-mounted tanks aren't new. Making them dependable and straightforward to install is the difficult part. The Starseed Fuelbag was built to solve both.

The bladder sits inside a rugged front container made from Cordura, both built to withstand years of regular use.

It's a closed system. No venting. As fuel is used, the bladder simply compresses, keeping the setup efficient and the profile slim and clean.

Configurations

Setup 1: In-flight refuelling for Starseed fuel tanks

Setup 1 pairs the Fuelbag with the main tank on a Starseed Stellar 140, Starseed Stellar 110 TINK edition, Starseed X, Starseed X2 or Starseed Fusion. It connects to your main fuel tank in under 2 minutes and adds up to 9.5 litres of additional fuel capacity.

Setup 2: In-flight refuelling for third-party fuel tanks

The Starseed Fuelbag also works with paramotors from other brands. Its 9.5-litre soft bladder connects to fuel tanks with at least one available threaded insert for a fuel-line connection. Setup takes about 5 minutes. With a Vittorazi Atom 80, the Fuelbag adds over 2.5 hours of flight time on top of your main tank's range. Flight time will vary with engine fuel consumption.

Configurations

Setup 3: Rigid fuel tank replacement

On a paramotor with a conventional rigid rear tank, flying with the Fuelbag as the only tank changes the machine immediately. Weight drops. There is no rear tank for your foot to catch on during take-off. The translucent bladder keeps the fuel level visible, and the paramotor is lighter to carry to launch. But the greatest change is balance. You feel it on the ground. On take-off. In the air. It is worth trying once to understand.

Each Starseed Fuelbag is delivered ready to use and includes:

  • Starseed Front Container with two quick-release steel connectors
  • 9.5 L soft fuel bladder (replaceable)
  • Fuel line quick connector
  • 1.5 m fuel line (Tygon)

A custom attachment system is needed for third-party fuel tanks without a 1/4" BSP inlet. Starseed recommends connecting the fuel line to the available fuel inlet and securing it with the included hose clamps. See the photo of Setup 2 for an example of how to connect the Starseed Fuelbag using this method.
